NSW Department of Industry - Crown Lands and Water
KDC is currently engaged by Crown Lands and Water as the Project Co-ordinator (Manager) for the NSW Showground Asset Reporting Program for Safety Audit and Condition Inspections. KDC manages all stakeholders and sub-contractors to ensure that the deliverables will be completed in a consistent manner across all regions of the state within their nominated time frame.
Caltex
KDC has undertaken a diverse range of planning related approval activities for a significant number of Caltex fuel sites, these include rezoning applications, new store DA’s including new UPSS and onsite remediation, change of use / fit out and signage.
