Whitehead Property Group – Parry Grande
122-124 Parry Street is a high quality, mixed use development consisting of 31 residential apartments and a food and drink premises at ground level. The proposed development has been designed to reflect the future desire of the Parry Street Precinct, within Newcastle, resulting in a modern design, high density residential building which will activate the street frontage and enhance the amenity of the area of existing and future users of the area. KDC worked with the client to understand and manage the constraints of the proposal and managed the entire development from inception through to approval.
KDC has been engaged by DOMA Group, who have recently expanded out of the ACT into NSW with a significant presence in Newcastle. KDC is currently engaged as the planners on all DOMA developments located in the Newcastle CBD precinct. Works carried out on behalf of DOMA have include new builds, modification applications, and community consultation for a range of sectors including multi-unit residential apartments, commercial offices, hotels, retail and carparks.
